Jaya-Dauris was created as a local Indonesian partner for Relentless Pursuit of Perfection Ltd. The company is owned by Riska Kesuma Adriyani who is the Company Founder & President Director. Indah Anggraeni is the administration manager and makes sure that the office is running smoothly.

Our mission

To build a reputation as a reliable and trust-worthy Service Provider to the Indonesian Oil & Gas industry, by developing relationships with world-class suppliers of such services, whilst building internal capability.

We are achieving this by :

• Seeking out international companies that are leaders in their field.
• Securing exclusive and long-term agreements with them to bring their skills to Indonesia.
• Working with those companies to transfer their skills & knowledge to our Indonesian work-force and/or those of our clients.
• Careful screening of candidates that we are recruiting for clients.
• Building a database of purely Indonesian talent for recruitment.
• Not being afraid to turn down work that we truly cannot do.
